Guest Coaching Session - Track with Charlie
Charlie Nurse has offered to run a session for us at Pingles on 29th April at 6pm - suitable for all abilities, as usual.
For anyone who doesn't know Charlie, she coaches / has coached many of us at the club with great success.
She's also giving up more of her time to do a Q&A on running for us, straight afterwards. What Charlie doesn't know about running isn't worth knowing.
We've been trialling track sessions this year and had lots of positive feedback. If you haven't tried it I'd really encourage you to give it a go. We have also managed to arrange exclusive use of the track just for us for this session, paid for by the club - so no need to book or pay anything to Pingles, just turn up.
