Strength and conditioning - Peak Performance Clinic

Last week we were fortunate enough to have Molly and Cameron from Peak Performance Clinic visit us to run some Strength and Conditioning exercises aimed at runners.
This included lower body, core work and plyometrics. We all know how useful strength training is but it is perhaps overlooked by a lot of runners. Lots of fun on the night and it was really useful.
